The Szabad Tér Theater has traditionally held its 7th Advent Budapest Winter Festival and Christmas Fair, which will be open from November 29 to December 29, 2019. Once again, the Városháza Park, a popular venue for Budapest residents, will be dressed in festive decorations, where we will welcome the residents of Budapest with colorful bustle and family programs.

Christmas Fair at Saint Stephen’s Basilica
As usual the Basilica’s Christmas Fair is open this year from Nov 22 until Jan 1. Lightpaint on the wall, ice skating, mulled wine and fabulous products both handmade and factory made are on sale in the huts of St. Stephen’s Square.

The Christmas Market in the 12th district will open its doors on November 30th. Throughout the day, Hungarian craftsmen and artisans offer quality wares such as clothes, accessories, jewelery, ceramics, home decorations, toys, handicrafts and design items and much more to look for.

Advent and Christmas Fair on Vörösmarty Square
High-quality products, cultural programs also for kids can be found at the Budapest Advent and Christmas Fair, on one of the 10 most beautiful fairs in Europe, on Vörösmarty Square.
