The Metropolitan capital city of Hungary, Budapest is a one-of-a-kind wonderful choice to be living in abroad. I am grateful that I had a chance to get my redemption and experienced Budapest. The process to apply for the visa is not difficult if you know the legal ways. It is a beautiful city, by far. By exploration and a bit of the traditional cakes in Hungary, you will feel at home. My point of view living in Hungary for 5 years, yet to be seen throughout the world of adventurous life. People say sorts of things, yet are you up for it? Pack your things, and go for it!

I do love bistros, cafes and restaurants, specially ruin bars. Places were to go and listen some alive music. Terraces when to have a chat with people. I like theatres and cinemas and many streets in Pest and in the riverside where to have a walk. After 20 years… I feel at home. It is a handy and comfortable city to live in.

Staying in Hungary is a special and very valuable experience for me. Initially, it was not easy to get integrated into the Hungarian world. But after almost 2 years and learning a bit Hungarian, my life got much more interesting and eventful here.
I do enjoy Budapest, a small capital city with the perfect transport system and nice places to eat out. There is always something to discover in the city and outskirts. Being an event manager and doing events for the Budapest international community, we see that every year more and more ex-pats come over to stay here and get a real taste of the “Magyar” spirit.
Undoubtedly, there is always room for improvement in the service sphere. But I do believe that there are no ideal places, there is a right attitude to things around you.
